Description of the tuck pointing work performed:
-Built and left scaffolding until completion of job
-Grind out old mortar joints
–Tuck point matching buff type and concave joint
-Remove and replace chimney mortar crown
-Apply crowncoat sealer to mortar crown
-Clean tuck pointed area with 600 detergent
-Seal tuck pointed area Siloxane PD sealer
-Remove entire existing flue liner
-Parge chamber with Smoke-Tite
-Install new stainless steel chimney liner
-Install new energy-top damper system
-Install new flue liner caps
-Clean job site and remove all debris
